PILE TESTING SERVICES

STANDARDS AND METHODOLOGIES

For each of the test methods below, CMR Tech has drawn on project experience and many years testing to develop comprehensive Safe Work Method Statements SWMS) and Methodologies to ensure testing is carried out to procedure, helping reduce risk to all team members and observers.

Thermal Integrity Profiling

Pile Integrity Testing and Pile Load Testing Services capturing critical data for our Clients

Dynamic Load Testing

Typically a piling rig will apply a dynamic (moving) load to the pilehead and force and acceleration is measured (PDA).

Pulse Echo Testing (aka PIT Test)

Simple method to understand pile depth and detect major defects as quickly as possible.

Compression Load Testing

Real-world test applying a load which pushes down on the pile foundation and displacement is measured.

Tension Load Testing

Real-world test applying a load which pulls upward on the pile foundation and displacement is measured.

Lateral Load Testing

Real-world test applying a lateral / shear load which pulls together or pushes apart adjacent piles.

Strain Gauge Testing

Manufactured locally in our workshop, these devices measure the deformation of the pile under force.

Plate Load / Soil Testing

Used to determine the bearing capacity and settlement characteristics of soil and foundations.

ADHERING TO AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS

Count on us to deliver results based on Australian Standards testing methodologies, giving you the confidence to make the best decisions for your Project.

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS ACROSS AUSTRALIA

When pile foundations and structural systems demand compliance through testing, our data acquisition systems monitor from a safe distance. We continue to deploy the latest technology that lets engineers make confident decisions without putting people at risk.

  • Custom hardware and software development
  • Real-time data from a safe distance
  • Proven results across Australia's major projects
